These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase from DehleezPe. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

DehleezPe operates this website. Contact: info@dehleezpe.com.

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent or guardian, and provide accurate information. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or access it without permission.

3. Products and prices

We try to show products, images and prices accurately. Prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes; delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. If we find an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because an item is unavailable, the address cannot be served, payment fails, or we suspect fraud; if you have paid we will refund you.

5. Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your card details. Cash on Delivery orders must be paid to the courier on delivery.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & delivery and Returns, refunds & cancellation pages, which form part of these terms.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

8. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

The site, logo and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Pakistan.
