Shipping & delivery policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Pakistan. Enter your address at checkout; if we cannot deliver there, you will see that before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days after the order is confirmed. Some products are dispatched from our supply partners, so times can vary by product, city and weather or public holidays. We will contact you if an order is delayed.

Delivery charges

Delivery options and their charges (in PKR) are shown at checkout before you place the order. The charge you see at checkout is the charge you pay.

Cash on Delivery

If you choose Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. A parcel can be refused only if it is damaged or wrong; repeated refusal of valid orders may lead to Cash on Delivery being switched off for your account.

Receiving your order

• Please check the parcel for damage before accepting it, and tell the courier if the seal is broken.
• Make sure someone is available at the address; the courier will try to reach you on the phone number you gave.
• Tracking and updates are available in your account under “Track my orders”.

Problems with a delivery

Write to info@dehleezpe.com with your order number and we will check with the courier.
