Payments & security

Payment methods

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer and online payment by card or mobile wallet through our payment partners. All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR).

Your card details

When you pay online you are taken to the secure payment page of our payment partner, where you enter your card or wallet details. DehleezPe never sees or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code. Payment pages use encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Bank transfer

If you choose bank transfer, the account details and a payment reference are shown after you place the order. Your order is processed once we confirm the payment.

Failed or double payments

• If a payment fails, you can try again or choose another method.
• If money was deducted but no order was created, write to info@dehleezpe.com with the payment reference and time, and we will resolve it or refund you.

Staying safe

We will never ask for your card PIN, OTP or password by email, phone or message. If you receive such a request in our name, do not respond and tell us.
